![]() Ashtanga Basics Students learn the fundamental postures in the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at a slower pace; great introductory class for beginning students. Ashtanga Prep This class is focused on the correct breathing method using Suryanamskara A&B, followed by the traditional standing sequence to work hip opening safely with correct alignment. Class will move from standing postures to explore backbending and inversions of the traditional finishing sequence. All levels welcome. Mysore Mysore is the original format for teaching and learning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This format makes for what is normally considered an extremely vigorous practice accessible to everyone. How is that possible? It is possible because a mysore class enables the teacher to work with each student individually and allows each student to work independently. Most importantly, students who come to MYSORE class develop more CONSISTENCY. Steady practice done consistently is the KEY! Maui Style This class is a strong vinyasa class based on Surya Namaskara A, standing poses, back bending and hand stands. Starting Fall 2008 Drop-In $14 $110 for 10x pass (expires in 3 months) $100 for monthly unlimited (available 1st of the month only) $300 for 3 months unlimited PRIVATES with RANDA CHEHAB $70/hr for 1 person ($100 for 1.5hr) $100/hr for 2 people ($140 for 1.5hr) |
